Homemade Fiber Bars Is It Safe For Me To Eat Less Calories Than What My Nutritionist Recommends?

Is it safe for me to eat less calories than what my nutritionist recommends? - homemade fiber bars

I am a healthy diet concerns and ensure that there are more calories. as a reference only at 5'4 and a half and I weigh about 113 pounds (more or less, for those who say ladders to something else), which was a distance runner and then I had a stress fracture usage. and was probably caused by a hormonal imbalance (ammenorhea hypothamalic). but he believes an orthopedic doctor, he has something to do with low body weight, and then he sent me a nutritionist who advised me to take in 2100 calories per day. I personally believe, 2100 was a little low in calories because my coach said about 2200-2400 calories to go, because the operation of all our activities and websites that I need determined that all young people have lots of calories and 1800-2400 should be more Gender and whether or not active.
So today was:
I had a turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese (idk maybe as 400 Cal), small apple (50 kcal), milk cereals W (300), orange (60ish), an egg (70), Chocolate Chip Cookies (no idea .. . Houses 300-400), lettuce (100-200ish), milk (100ish), coffee w / cReam (100ish), fiber-bar (100ish).
So I think that 1700-1800 calories. I also went to the gym and worked only one hour of cardio, elliptical and Stairmaster moderate field.
my food was good? I try not to eat chocolate or sweets or something, if I feel like I raw junk food eaten in two days.
