23 weeks and I have little red spider veins popping up on my arms and hands.? - pregnancy capillaries

I have this little red spider veins - they are small and look like broken capillaries. There were one or two of a few weeks, but now I'm just a little more. Has anyone seen this before? Just another symptom of pregnancy, perhaps?
